Destiny Vargas

Ms. Vargas was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in the Central Florida area. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.

Ms. Vargas began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney with the Ninth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office, where she gained extensive courtroom and trial experience. Following her time in public service, she expanded her practice to include personal injury and first-party civil litigation.

Currently, Ms. Vargas focuses on the representation of employers and insurance carriers in the litigation of workers’ compensation claims.
