Brigette Cromwell was born and raised in Tampa, Florida where she graduated from high school.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1996 from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee where she majored in U.S. History.  While in college, Brigette was a member and captain of the Equestrian Team and competed against other schools in the South.  Brigette attended the British Studies Program at St. John’s College in Oxford, England during the summer of 1995.  She graduated from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama in 2001.  After graduation from law school, she moved back home to Tampa.  She became licensed to practice law in Florida in October 2001 and in Iowa in 2007.

Brigette is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar.  She has over 15 years experience in workers’ compensation defense, representing employers and insurance carriers before Judges of Compensation Claims throughout Florida.

Brigette joined Vecchio, Carrier, Feldman & Johannessen as an Associate Attorney in May 2017.
