Michael Neusaenger concentrates his practice on insurance defense litigation. He represents insurance carriers in automobile negligence actions, workers’ compensation actions, and premises liability claims in state court. He is also experienced as general counsel for small businesses, commercial litigation, and construction disputes.
While in law school, Mr. Neusaenger became a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator. He subsequently worked as an extern for Orange County’s Alternative Dispute Resolution department, where he mediated nearly one hundred cases ranging from Landlord/Tenant disputes, wage disputes, and collection cases. During this time, he learned the intricacies of bringing cases to proper resolution through effective negotiation.
Mr. Neusaenger was born and raised in Orlando, Florida and maintains strong family ties to the Central Florida area. He currently resides in Winter Haven with his wife and three dogs.
