Jennifer T. Pollock

Jenny received her Bachelor’s degree in English Education from the University of South Florida with honors, and her Juris Doctor from University of Florida College of Law. Since 1999, she has focused her litigation practice on workers’ compensation and employment-related matters. She has represented both employers and injured workers. She was also on staff as an adjunct professor for several years at the University of South Florida teaching classes in the Women’s Studies department, with a focus on employment law and labor law related issues. She has worked as a volunteer for D.A.R.E., a national program to give children alternatives to drug-use and violence, and served as a reading mentor and legal-career mentor in the school systems throughout the State of Florida.

She is a volunteer for the Lawyers Advising Lawyers program of the Florida Bar. She is admitted as an attorney and counselor of the Supreme Court of the United States and has argued before the Court of Appeals. She was featured as a “Rising Star” in the area of workers’ compensation in the 2009, 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2016 issues of Super Lawyers Magazine. Jenny is certified by the Florida Department of Insurance as an instructor in Florida Workers’ Compensation Insurance. She also provides workers’ compensation law training and consulting services upon request. She joined the firm of counsel in the Tampa office handling workers’ compensation matters in August of 2018.
